Electrical Contractor Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for taking site measurements, ensuring site detailing matches the drawings, overseeing the activities of contractors and suppliers, and ordering materials based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) after thorough verification. Coordination with the client and the Project Manager to ensure all site work activities are carried out smoothly and as per schedule will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the project construction schedule daily - Update the Project Manager regularly - Raise and resolve issues at job site meetings - Prepare daily site reports - Check the quality of work during various construction activities like plumbing, electrical work, AC installation, and waterproofing - Maintain a site blog book - Monitor labor attendance - Enforce site safety measures - Ensure all workers have the necessary safety equipment Qualification Required: - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong communication and coordination skills - Knowledge of construction processes and materials - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset Note: This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, yearly bonus, and the work schedule will be during day shifts.
