Electrical BIM modeler

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and related BIM tools. This includes collaborating with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into multidisciplinary models. You will also be tasked with preparing and updating layout drawings, schematics, and electrical detailing based on project requirements. Participation in coordination meetings and resolving design conflicts using clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks) will be part of your role. It will be essential to ensure that all models comply with project standards, client specifications, and BIM execution plans. Additionally, you will support the BIM team in model audits, quality checks, and documentation workflows. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field, along with at least 1-5 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler, preferably in the building services domain. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required, as well as an understanding of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit are also necessary qualities for success in this role. This position is client-facing and involves a high degree of responsibility and trust.
