As an EV Trainer at our growing academy, your role will involve conducting engaging training sessions on electric vehicle technology, systems, and service. You will deliver both theoretical and practical modules to students while staying updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and integrating them into training content. Your guidance and mentorship will be crucial in developing student skills and project work. Collaborating with the curriculum team to improve training modules and teaching materials will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Automobile Engineering (mandatory). - Strong interest and knowledge in electric vehicles and related technologies. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex concepts and create an engaging learning environment. - Willingness to continuously upgrade skills and adapt to new technologies. Preferred (not mandatory): - Prior teaching/training experience. - Industry experience in EV technology, automotive, or renewable energy sector.
