Elctrician cum Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician cum Plumber to join our team. This dual-role position requires expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and possess mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot various systems.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and plumbing fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components as required.
• Conduct HVAC installations and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks related to material handling and equipment installation.
• Provide maintenance person services including carpentry, remodeling, and general maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on construction sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing and electrical work.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
• Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations related to projects.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is essential.
• Valid commercial driving license preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
