Job Description

Role Overview: As an Elastic Stack Support Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring and support for Elastic Stack. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing daily health checks, incident resolution, and BAU operations. Additionally, you will assist in log ingestion, dashboard updates, and handling user queries. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and DevOps engineers for any escalations that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24x7 monitoring and support for Elastic Stack. - Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and BAU operations. - Assist in log ingestion, dashboard updates, and user queries. - Coordinate with SMEs and DevOps engineers for escalations. Qualifications Required: - Working knowledge of Kibana, Elasticsearch, and log pipelines. - Experience in L1/L2 support and monitoring environments. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night support.
