Job Description

As an Elastic Stack Support Engineer (L1/L2), you will be responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring and support for Elastic Stack. Your duties will include performing daily health checks, resolving incidents, and handling BAU operations. Additionally, you will assist in log ingestion, update dashboards, and respond to user queries. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and DevOps engineers for escalations will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a working knowledge of Kibana, Elasticsearch, and log pipelines. Previous experience in L1/L2 support and monitoring environments is required. It is essential to be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night support. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 1 year of experience as an Elastic Stack Support Engineer (L1/L2). The work location is in person, and the shift is during the day.,
