We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take charge of engineering processes, guide technical teams, and streamline development and deployment practices. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple platforms and projects. Improve and maintain clean engineering processes: version control (Bitbucket), CI/CD, release management. Work closely with product management to translate business goals into technical roadmaps. Oversee software deployment pipelines for both cloud and on-premise environments. Enforce best practices in code quality, documentation, and development workflows. Review and guide architecture decisions. Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues with DevOps and Infrastructure teams. Qualifications 7–8 years of experience in software engineering, including 2–3 years leading a team . Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and shell scripting fundamentals. Experience with version control systems, especially Bitbucket . Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and basic CI/CD concepts. Strong understanding of Agile development and the full SDLC. Prior experience with document management, enterprise platforms, or compliance-sensitive environments. Exposure to tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or Grafana for monitoring/logging. Basic PostgreSQL administration skills. Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
