Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have:

1. Experience or knowledge in component development or technical specification management preferably from Automotive thermal management.

2. Experience in electrical component development or similar roles

3. Ability to define key requirements, craft detailed technical specifications and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

4. Lead the end-to-end development of electrical components, from initial concept through specification, supplier collaboration, testing, and production rollout.

5. Collaborate globally with diverse stakeholders including product owners, engineers, installation, testing, production, and purchasing teams.

6. Demonstrate ability to manage end-to-end product development lifecycle in a technical environment.

7. Embrace continuous improvement by proactively solving problems and optimizing processes.

8. Excellent communication skills suitable for working with a global and multicultural team.

9. Communicate effectively across cultural and organizational boundaries with fluency in English.
