• Student Admission & Lead Generation
• Identify and reach out to potential students.
• Generate leads through school visits, seminars, workshops, and digital campaigns.
• Counsel students/parents about available courses and career opportunities.
• Marketing & Branding
• Plan and execute marketing strategies (offline & online).
• Distribute brochures, posters, and advertisements.
• Manage social media promotions, local advertising, and events.
• Field Marketing & Outreach
• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local communities.
• Build relationships with principals, teachers, and career counselors.
• Organize educational fairs, career guidance sessions, and demo classes.
• Business Development
• Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
• Develop tie-ups with organizations for student referrals.
• Meet admission targets set by management.
• Communication & Counseling
• Guide students about course structures, fees, and career scope.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with interested candidates to ensure admissions.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Maintain student database and admission records.
• Report daily/weekly progress to management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
