We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Educational Counsellor to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain our courses, services, and offers.
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide students in choosing suitable programs.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record and update details of each interaction in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by management.

Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate (UG) degree.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years (freshers may also apply).
• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal communication in [mention language(s) — e.g., English and Tamil].
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); CRM experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Gender: Female candidates only.
