Education Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with Prospective Students: Initiate and manage conversations via phone, email, and chat to understand individual goals, interests, and educational backgrounds.
• Provide Personalized Advice: Recommend UG & PG programs that align with students’ career aspirations.
• Guide the Admissions Process: Assist candidates throughout the entire journey—from initial contact to successful enrollment.
• Explain Program Details: Clearly communicate course options, schedules, tuition, and application procedures.
• Manage and Track Leads: Utilize CRM tools to organize leads, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve Enrollment Targets: Convert leads efficiently and contribute to monthly enrollment goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for student success
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
