Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Education Counselor to guide students and parents through the process of selecting suitable academic or career-oriented courses. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, understanding student goals, and helping them choose the right educational paths offered by our institution.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about course options, career paths, and program outcomes.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
Guide prospective students through the entire admission process, from inquiry enrollment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about courses, admission criteria, fees, and industry trends.
Follow up with leads through calls and emails to meet enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and retention strategies.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and open-house events.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
1–3+ years of experience in educational counseling, academic advising, or admissions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in student conversion or sales (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
