Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Education Counselors to join our expanding team in Thane.
If you’re an excellent communicator with a positive mindset and enjoy guiding students toward the right academic and career pathways, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential students through calls, follow-ups, and various communication channels
• Explain Edujam’s academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways clearly
• Guide students in selecting the right courses based on their interests and goals
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and parents
• Achieve individual and team enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate counseling records and share timely updates with management

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Prior experience in academic counseling, EdTech sales, or student advisory roles is an added advantage

Work Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Compensation

• Interns (Freshers): ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Stipend) + Incentives
• Full-Time Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
• Experienced Counselors (EdTech): ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
