Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Education Counselor who can guide students with career options and drive admissions through effective counseling. If you have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and admission process.
Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
Follow up with leads consistently and convert them into enrollments.
Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs/courses.
Maintain database of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign strategies and promotional efforts.
Represent the organization during seminars, education fairs, or school/college visits.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
Must be based in Pune – applications from outside Pune will not be considered.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in counseling, telecalling, or inside sales will be a plus.
Target-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
