Education Counsellor(0-1Yr)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in selecting the right training programs to meet their career goals.

Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in and online inquiries for various IT/EdTech training programs.

Understand the student’s requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Maintain regular communication with leads and update CRM.

Convert inquiries into admissions and meet enrollment targets.

Coordinate with trainers and support teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Requirements:

0 to 1 years of experience in counseling/sales/customer service (EdTech preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of IT courses or willingness to learn.

Ability to handle student queries professionally and patiently.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
