Job Title: Education Counsellor (Online Education Program) Location: Noida Sector 62 Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Counselling / EdTech / Sales Background Preferred) Industry: Education / EdTech Overview: We are looking for an Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will get the opportunity to join the team of experts and help working professional and student to enroll in specialized Online Education Program. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to MBA, BBA, BCA and other programs via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Understand student requirements, provide program details, and guide them in selecting the most suitable course. Maintain and update CRM systems / Google Sheet with student interactions and progress. Knows End to End process (From Counselling to Application Process) Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, career counselling, EdTech, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
