Position Overview:

As an Education Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, and guiding them toward the right program. You will play a strategic role in helping learners make informed decisions while contributing to the organization’s growth through effective conversions and relationship management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with leads generated through multiple channels like phone calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries and follow up efficiently.

Counsel students on our range of programs , including Foreign Languages, IELTS, and SAP Training by understanding their interests and aspirations.

Clearly communicate course details, structure, and career outcomes to help students make confident enrollment decisions.

Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry handling to enrollment completion ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Handle inquiries (face-to-face, telephonic, and online) with professionalism and accuracy.

Maintain records of student interactions and follow-up details using CRM tools or Excel reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through strategic engagement and follow-up.

Skills & Competencies:

Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to understand multiple courses and effectively convey their benefits.

Empathetic and solution-oriented approach in handling student queries.

Prior experience in counseling, tele-sales, or admissions is an added advantage.

Ability to build rapport and instill trust in potential students.

Self-motivated to achieve and exceed enrollment goals.

Qualification and Experience Criteria:

Education: Graduation from any stream (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).

Experience: Both Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
