About the Role:
We are seeking an Education Counsellor to join our Aviation Institute in Pune. The role involves guiding prospective students about aviation courses, assisting them in the admission process, and ensuring they make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding aviation courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively

Provide detailed information about admission procedures, eligibility, and course structure

Maintain follow-up with prospective students and ensure conversions

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in counselling, education, or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance

Prior experience in counselling, aviation, or education industry preferred

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
