As an Inside Sales Executive at DBMCI, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through phone and other communication channels. Your role will encompass managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Your responsibilities will include initiating and managing high-volume calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services, generating interest, and handling the entire sales cycle from engaging with qualified leads to final conversion. Timely follow-up communications with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities will be crucial. You will also collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and provide a cohesive customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Being target-oriented and self-driven is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
