Education Counsellor

You will be responsible for providing guidance to students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities in India and abroad at our Nanded branch. Your role will involve conducting counselling sessions, assisting with admission processes, and ensuring successful student enrolments while upholding the reputation of our brand in Nanded. You will be expected to counsel individuals on MBBS courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures both domestically and internationally. It will be essential to furnish accurate details pertaining to fees, eligibility requirements, scholarships, and visa prerequisites. Effective handling of walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online queries will be crucial, along with the maintenance and updating of student databases and diligent follow-up on leads. Furthermore, you will be required to aid in documentation, manage application submissions, and confirm student admissions. Active participation in educational events such as fairs, seminars, and promotional activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Meeting monthly counselling and admission targets will be integral to this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates possessing counselling or sales experience within the education sector. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is essential, along with strong presentation and convincing abilities. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, email systems, and CRM software, are required. The role demands both independent work capabilities and effective teamwork.
