About the Role
We are looking for motivated professionals with at least 1 year of experience in counselling, customer service, or sales. As a Student Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding students through their study abroad journey by providing personalized counselling, handling applications, and ensuring smooth admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities abroad.
• Guide students on applications, documentation, visa procedures, and pre-departure formalities.
• Maintain strong student relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Convert potential leads into successful admissions and enrolments.
• Stay updated with education trends, universities, and destination-specific requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination with internal teams for smooth processing.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience counselling students .
• Goal-driven, organised, and able to multitask effectively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
