Training and Development and Education Coordinator (2 Positions )
Location: Mumbai and Kolkata | Reports to: Regional Head | Full-time Position

The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for designing and implementing holistic educational programs for girls rescued from child labor and sex trafficking. The role includes both formal and non-formal education, tailored to individual learning histories and aptitudes. Based in Kolkata, this position requires occasional travel across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Individual Education Plans and conduct regular assessments
• Teach core subjects and oversee exam coordination (NIOS/SSC)
• Implement activity-based, learner-centered teaching strategies
• Design and facilitate vocational and skills training
• Identify and recommend appropriate training methodologies
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all work
• Coordinate with staff for teacher requirements and sessions
• Organize craft and recreation sessions with other departments
• Maintain educational documentation and progress tracking
• Host visitors, volunteers, and represent YouCanFreeUs professionally

Requirements:
Graduate in Social Work, Psychology, B.Ed or related field with 2 years’ experience preferred. Strong English and Hindi required, Bengali an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills essential.

Salary: ₹30,000/month (starting for freshers); negotiable with experience.
