Education Advisor/Sales

You will be joining as an Education Coach/Advisor (Counsellor) at our Kolkata Branch - WFO within Leap Scholar, a comprehensive platform for individuals aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students keen on studying overseas. You will guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their profiles and interests, aid them in choosing appropriate universities/colleges and programs, assist in application preparation and filing, provide support during the visa process, and participate in educational events and exhibitions as needed. Moreover, you will play a key role in developing a proficient counseling team, handling escalations effectively, ensuring a seamless student experience, and managing reports and data. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in the EdTech/Education Industry, possess at least 1 year of sales experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, be familiar with CRM systems, exhibit a track record of consistently meeting targets in previous roles, and be proficient in MS Office and various Web Conferencing tools.
