Job Description

As a Sales Intern - School Outreach at Urban School, your role will involve representing the company in meetings with school leadership in Hyderabad. You will need to effectively communicate the value of Urban School's programs and contribute to outreach and relationship-building efforts across the city. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Identifying and connecting with potential schools - Scheduling and attending meetings with principals and coordinators - Presenting Urban School's offerings - Maintaining lead pipelines, outreach trackers, and basic reporting - Traveling locally for school visits and demo sessions The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, and be self-motivated and organized. It is essential to have the flexibility to travel within Hyderabad. This opportunity is open to undergraduates, postgraduates, or recent graduates. A background in sales, marketing, or education would be a plus. In terms of internship details: - Location: Hyderabad (on-ground only) - Duration: 23 months (extendable) - Stipend: Fixed + Performance-based incentives - Perks: Certificate, strong networking opportunities, mentorship, potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO), and an impact-driven work environment.
