Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer Intern who can craft eye-catching banner images, social media graphics, and support ad-hoc design requests across our student and teacher-focused initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually compelling assets that resonate with students, parents, and educators. Key Responsibilities: Design high-impact banner images for digital campaigns, website headers, and social media platforms Create graphics for newsletters, workshop flyers, event promotions, and other marketing collateral as needed Collaborate with the content team to understand requirements, propose creative concepts, and iterate based on feedback Ensure brand consistency by adhering to our colour palette, typography, and overall visual guidelines Maintain an organised repository of design assets and version control Assist with basic photo editing, image resizing, and formatting for various channels Qualifications & Skills: Currently in Final Year of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools such as Figma or Sketch Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and colour theory Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities A portfolio or class projects showcasing design sensibilities, especially banner or social media work Self-motivated, open to feedback, and eager to learn in a startup environment What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience working across student- and teacher-facing marketing initiatives Mentorship from senior designers and marketing professionals Exposure to real-world design briefs, brand guidelines, and project-turnaround expectations Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of professional work Additional Information: Immediate joiners only Internship duration: 3 to 6 months Final Year students preferred Location: Hyderabad onsite Show more Show less
