About the Role:

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students and working professionals via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM with all customer interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) a must.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Comfortable working in a

  night shift (US time zone)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in EdTech sales or international B2C sales will be an added advantage (but not mandatory).
