EDP Assistant

An EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting IT and data processing operations by assisting with data entry, processing, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity. They work to enhance system efficiency and maintain data accuracy during projects like system upgrades and migrations. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Supporting data entry, storage, retrieval, and ensuring accuracy.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues in data systems.
• Collaboration: Working with IT teams to improve system efficiency and implement new technologies.
• Data Integrity: Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining data integrity during system upgrades and migrations.
• Technical Support: Providing on-call support to address user issues and system failures.
• System Maintenance: Assisting with the maintenance of EDP systems and IT infrastructure.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software(DMS) and hardware data processing tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
