EDI Executive ( Air & Sea )

• Check! You are required to prepare a checklist for air and sea import and send it to the consignee for their approval
• Are they going in order? You must also supervise the entire import department and all its related activities. You will be in charge of timely clearances, documentation, and compliance of all.
• Recheck! Once cleared for delivery, you need to coordinate and follow up with forwarders, transporter, shipping line, and the clearance staff for delivery status.
• Make bills! Preparing bill of entry and handling BOE, duty drawback, and MEIS collectively.
• Quality inspection: You are assigned to check and approve the invoice, products, and goods.
• Follow the format: You will need to send documents to the Customs department by following the Import Standard Procedure.
• Create a final look: You are to verify the import goods customs documents and prepare the final document for customs clearance.
• Type away! You must prepare the document for approval of the import goods.
• Solution machine: You can also provide solutions for problems that may arise during the import process.
