Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead new EDI integration projects from initiation to go-live.
Gather and analyze partner requirements, create mapping specifications, and define communication protocols.
Coordinate with internal teams and trading partners for testing, validation, and onboarding.
Configure and deploy EDI workflows using integration tools such as Cleo Integration Cloud.
Support UAT and manage end-to-end testing of EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 940).
Maintain project documentation including mapping guides, partner setup, and communication logs.
Ensure compliance with EDI standards and internal best practices.

Qualification:

4+ years of hands-on experience in EDI integration projects.
Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and transaction types.
Experience working with Cleo Integration Cloud or similar EDI platforms.
Proficiency in data mapping, transformation logic, and troubleshooting EDI flows.
Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and FTP-based communication protocols.
Nice to have skill(s)
Experience with APIs and hybrid EDI/API-based integrations
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Transportation & Logistics domain knowledge
