EDI Analyst Lead

You will be working as an EDI/B2B Business Analyst at Doublene/Techecy, where the vision is to drive innovation and excellence in software development globally. Your role will involve analyzing, managing, and optimizing EDI transactions within logistics and supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with logistics, IT, and business teams to support and implement EDI solutions, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and implementing EDI processes for logistics and supply chain transactions, maintaining and supporting the integration of EDI systems between internal systems and external business partners, overseeing the technical setup and testing of EDI messages, and mapping business processes to EDI requirements to ensure accurate and real-time data flows between systems. Additionally, you will assist in gathering functional and technical requirements for new EDI initiatives, identifying and resolving EDI-related issues, coordinating with vendors, carriers, and customers to troubleshoot and address EDI issues, and ensuring timely resolution of critical EDI issues that impact supply chain and logistics operations. You will also perform end-to-end testing of EDI transactions, monitor EDI transmissions for proper execution, and assist in testing and validating new EDI trading partners and formats.
