Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze ED patient charts and documentation for accurate coding.
Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS level II Codes for diagnoses, procedures and services.
Maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks as per company and client standards.
Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information according to HIPPA standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in ED coding(Mandatory)
Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS Coding systems.
Good analytical and communications skills.
