Job Description

Job Title:

ECP/Payroll Consultant Remote (Canada/US Payroll)

Location:

Remote

Compensation:

Up to 120,000/month (LPM)

Job Type:

Full-time | Contract | Remote.

SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant

This role will support onshore Payroll Leads with configuration, unit testing, and customer support.

must have live ECP certification

Key Responsibilities:

Assist onshore leads with SAP ECP configuration and support
Perform payroll schema and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rule) configuration
Handle wage type configuration, payroll area and control record management
Manage payroll-related infotypes:
IT0008, IT0014, IT0015
Support retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll processing
Work with
SuccessFactors Employee Central
,
BSI TaxFactory
,
Finance (FI)
and
Controlling (CO)
integration
Troubleshoot and debug payroll logs and result tables (RT, CRT, BT)
Customize PCRs, schemas, and generate payroll result reports
Configure and support
Payroll Control Center (PCC)
Ensure compliance with
Gross-to-Net processing
, statutory regulations, and tax calculations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Live SAP ECP Certification
(mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Canadian Payroll
(USA payroll a plus)
Expertise in
SAP Payroll (PY)
configuration
Strong experience with schemas, PCRs, wage type valuation
Integration knowledge with EC, BSI TaxFactory, FI/CO, third-party vendors
Basic
ABAP
for functional specs and report reading
Strong knowledge of
PCC configuration
and issue resolution

Nice to Have:

Experience with US Payroll alongside Canadian
Familiarity with SAP decluttered tables and custom reporting
