Ecommerce SEO Manager

We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Ecommerce SEO Manager to lead our digital growth efforts. The candidate must have prior experience in the perfume or fragrance industry and a solid understanding of the USA ecommerce market. The primary goal of this role is to increase online sales by 5–7% on a monthly basis through strategic organic and paid marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO and paid marketing strategies to achieve a consistent monthly sales growth of 5–7%.
• Optimize product listings, website structure, and content to enhance visibility and conversion.
• Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance channels.
• Conduct industry-specific keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights focused on the fragrance segment in the USA.
• Track and analyze website and campaign performance using advanced SEO and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to drive cohesive ecommerce strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, ecommerce trends, and U.S. consumer behavior.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce SEO and digital marketing.
• Must have experience working in the perfume or fragrance industry.
• Must have proven success in targeting and driving sales in the USA ecommerce market.
• MBA Degree in Marketing or related field is required.

Technical Skills/Tools Required:

• Proficient in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong experience in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance ad platforms.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

• Yearly bonus
