Ecommerce Performance Marketing Executive

Weird Wolf is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in [briefly describe products/industry]. We are looking for a driven and analytical professional to manage paid advertising campaigns across leading ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, and Blinkit.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, and Blinkit.
• Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions to ensure campaigns meet performance targets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring for better visibility & ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales & catalog teams to align campaigns with product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.
• Analyze daily/weekly performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend.
• Stay updated with new advertising features and industry trends across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra (Zepto & Blinkit experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising dashboards (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads Manager, Myntra Ads, etc.).
• Proven track record of improving ROI and driving revenue through ads.
• Good analytical & Excel/reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
