Ecommerce inventory management executive

As an Ecommerce Warehouse Management & Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations and order processing to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Ecommerce warehouse operations efficiently to meet daily demands and optimize picking and packing processes. - Coordinating order fulfillment and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. - Implementing effective inventory control measures and overseeing store management to maintain accurate stock levels. - Handling returns and exchanges efficiently by following established procedures and providing excellent customer service. - Managing relationships with vendors and courier services to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries. - Maintaining quality control standards and packaging guidelines to uphold the brand's reputation and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in Ecommerce warehouse operations or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing inventory and order processing. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, courier services, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. - Knowledge of quality control processes and packaging standards to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines effectively. Please note that this position is located in Noida Sector 57 with office timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
