E Commerce Industry Hiring Assistant Manager (Accounts Payable)
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager (Accounts Payable) in our Finance Team at
Role Responsibilities
1. Knowledge of Accounting Standards/ principles (Ind AS), Direct& Indirect Taxation.
2. Statutory Dues compliance - GST TDS
3. To ensure accurate& timely book closure on monthly basis, accuracy & completeness of provisions.
4. Monitor Bank & Vendor Reconciliation regularly
5. Ensure compliance of all SOPs
6. Supporting completion of Internal & Statutory audits in timely manner.
7. Monthly Expense, pre-paid provisions and Variance Analysis for Senior Management
8. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
9. Coordination with internal and external auditors
10. Preparation and submission of MIS reports to Management on monthly basis
11. Working knowledge of Forex Payments and Receivable and clearance of Docs with the AD Bank.
12. Inventory reconciliation between warehouses and accounting books. GRN and Gatepass Reconciliation.
Must Have - Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
Education : Qualified CA/ Semi Qualified CA Professionals
