Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage product listings, descriptions, and images on multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Myntra, FirstCry, Flipkart, Shopify) 2. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and sales 3. Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all platforms 4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce catalog management 5. Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries related to orders, products, or services 6. Manage customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction 7.
