About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage website operations on Shopify and e-commerce platforms like Amazon 2. Monitor and update product listings, banners, pricing, and stock status 3. Supervise the order processing team and handle client inquiries across platforms 4. Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp 5. Write engaging captions and basic product descriptions or blogs as required 6. Coordinate with the design team for timely delivery of creatives 7. Respond to DMs, comments, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally 8. Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and returns 9. Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all customer interactions 10. Identify product/category improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and trends 11. Share monthly reports on website performance, customer queries, and social media engagement 12. Suggest ideas for festive promotions, bundles, or campaigns 13. Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, accounts, and management teams 14. Ensure timely information flow between departments 15. Track pending tasks and follow-ups Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field 2. Possess 0-1 years of experience in e-commerce or digital business roles 3. Show interest in the fashion industry (bonus) 4. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Shopify and basic Excel/Google Sheets 5. Have a good command of spoken and written English 6. Possess basic Canva/design skills (preferred) 7.
