Job Description

*Oversee and manage Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless operations and an optimized user experience. * Demonstrated experience in SEO, Shopify, and e-commerce management, ensuring best practices are applied across platforms. *Strong proficiency in Shopify, including customization of themes, templates, and apps to align with brand aesthetics and unique business requirements. Handle content updates, product listings, image uploads, and banner placements. * Familiarity with marketplace seller platforms, understanding their functionalities to ensure smooth product management and sales processes. * Manage and maintain product listings with accurate, engaging descriptions and high-quality visuals to enhance product appeal. * Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost website visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve overall search performance. * Conduct regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal site performance, functionality, and a smooth customer journey. * Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely implementation of campaigns, visual updates, and promotional activities. * Monitor order flow, warehouse fulfillment, pickups, and payment processes to prevent delays and ensure a smooth operational workflow. * Maintain clear, organized reports and data dashboards to provide real-time performance updates and insights for management. * Coordinate with the photography/shoot team to ensure timely delivery and upload of product images aligned with website and campaign requirements.
