Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for ecommerce promotions, new product launches, and seasonal offers.
• Create and manage automated workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
• Write engaging and conversion-focused email content aligned with brand voice.
• Segment audiences based on purchase behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate).
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, visuals, and CTAs.
• Work closely with design and ecommerce teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Use tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or HubSpot to manage campaigns.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in ecommerce.
• Proficiency with email automation platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and visual sense for ecommerce storytelling.
• Analytical mindset; ability to interpret campaign data and make improvements.
• Basic understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other ecommerce platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
