Ecommerce Assistant

Location: Hari Nagar, Delhi (near Maya Puri, Rajouri Garden, Delhi Cantt, Subhash Nagar) Job Overview: Join our team as E-commerce assistant ! In this role, you'll help manage our online digital activities. Your tasks will include helping us with live streams, updating our product catalog, packing and shipping products, posting on social media, sourcing products from vendors, managing vendor relationships, and handling customer questions. Responsibilities: Live Streams: Help organize and set up live streaming sessions. Product Catalogue Updates: add new products in the catalogue Packing & Shipping: Ensure products are well-packed and shipped on time. Social Media Posts: Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook. Vendor Relations: Source products from our suppliers. Customer Queries: Respond to customer queries Who We're Looking For: Some experience in any of the above areas, with a readiness to learn more. Ability to multitask. Good communication and organizational skills. You should be living near Hari Nagar (e.g., Maya Puri, Rajouri Garden, Delhi Cantt, Subhash Nagar).
