White Square is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing product listings, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.) Upload and maintain accurate product details, images, pricing, and inventory Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries Handle basic customer queries via email, chat, or platform dashboards Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports Support marketing initiatives, including deals, offers, and promotions Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online operations (freshers are welcome to apply) Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and MS Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Why Join White Square?
