company is awesome but i was out from the 1st round because of my communication but i was practice all the technical topics so i don't know what they ask me for speech or essays rather i worked on that so they hire only a person who speak English good that's all because they have a calling process not exact technical work.

Don't know about Company but HR is worst over here. They will never hire for the positions open infact they would rather suggest something else you are not even experienced with it. I don't know what kind of work they are doing in HR and who hired these wannabe HR dropped out from college.
