Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Echo Technician located in Bhubaneswar. The Echo Technician will be responsible for performing echocardiograms, preparing patients and explaining procedures, maintaining and operating ultrasound equipment, and documenting results. Other duties include collaborating with cardiologists, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining medical records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing echocardiograms and using ultrasound equipment
• Thorough knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document procedures and results
• Candidates with a degree or diploma in cardiovascular technology or a related field are preferred
• Certification through a recognized accreditation body
