Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B offline sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, understands the nuances of the home dcor industry, and is passionate about building lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and target potential B2B clients including interior designers, architects, retailers, and hospitality groups. Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, trade shows, and cold outreach. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions that align with their design vision and business goals. Sales Strategy & Execution Drive offline sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos to close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events. Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to product and design teams to align offerings with market demand. Reporting & Analysis Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in home dcor, furnishings, or lifestyle products. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client networks. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
