Early Years Programme Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum implementation across assigned center's in alignment with organizational philosophy and guidelines.
• Mentor, train, and support facilitators through classroom observations, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
• Monitor academic practices, child assessments, and learning outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Plan and conduct in-center and cluster-level training programs for facilitators.
• Work closely with center leadership and regional teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
• Support parent engagement initiatives such as orientations, open houses, and curriculum-focused interactions.
• Ensure effective use, maintenance, and budgeting of curriculum resources at center or cluster level.
• Participate in recruitment, demo evaluations, performance reviews, and appraisal discussions for facilitators.
• Promote best practices in early childhood education through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to academic calendars, documentation standards, and prescribed reporting systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT) is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the preschool industry, including at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster as required.
