Early Years Expert Facilitators

As an Early Years Expert Facilitator at our organization, you will be responsible for creating engaging, stimulating, inclusive, and safe environments where every child feels encouraged to explore, express, and grow. You must embrace the best educational practices and leverage the latest technological tools to enhance learning, while remaining committed to continuous professional development. Your role will involve working collaboratively with the School Director, Program Lead, and other facilitators to implement planned lesson plans and support the holistic development of children aged 2 to 6 years. Key Responsibilities and Accountability: - **Curriculum Delivery:** - Collaborate with the School Director and other stakeholders to implement lesson plans that support holistic development. - Support the achievement of learning outcomes for all learners in your care. - Instruct learners in a classroom setting according to the curriculum and learning domains. - Conduct regular child observations and contribute to assessment strategies. - Address any developmental delays and adopt inclusive practices. - Provide timely feedback on curriculum design to ensure it remains contemporary. - **Team Work:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance curriculum, pedagogy, and service delivery. - Work closely with the Program Lead and school team for events and curriculum planning. - Mentor fellow teachers and care giving staff in the classroom. - Demonstrate creativity, initiative, collaboration, and resourcefulness. - Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Required: - Demonstrate knowledge of current best practices in pedagogy and innovation. - Successful teaching experience in early years education. - Recent training and/or experience in the current curriculum. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and others. - Work experience with diverse cultures and nationalities. - Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners. - Willingness to reinforce the mission and core values of the organization. - Ability to use learning data to improve teaching practices. - Ability to engage students using a variety of current technologies.
