Experience : 2-3 yrs Job Description:- Mail Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails. Draft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of the Director. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain communication logs. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available. Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings. Administrative Support: Assist with travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Director. Collaboration: Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings and conferences.
