Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of e-tendering for municipal solid waste management projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with government e-procurement portals, a solid understanding of tender documentation, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and monitor municipal and government tenders related to solid waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal through various e-procurement portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, state portals).
  • Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and technical/commercial terms for each tender.
  • Coordinate and compile all necessary documents required for tender submission, including technical bids, financial bids, EMDs, and supporting certificates.
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, technical) for data and documents.
  • Ensure timely online/offline submission of tenders with 100% compliance to requirements.
  • Track tender timelines including pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, submission deadlines, and result announcements.
  • Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for management on tendering activities.
  • Stay updated with municipal waste sector policies, pricing norms, and local bidding trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-tendering, preferably in the infrastructure, facility management, or waste management sector.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, e-Tendering platforms).
  • Experience with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of BOQ, technical and financial bid preparation, and tender compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and document handling.
  • Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
