E-Surveillance Engineer-Ahmedabad

As an E-Surveillance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Installation & Setup: - Installing and configuring CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, biometric devices, and access control systems. - Setting up remote monitoring solutions and cloud connectivity. - System Maintenance & Support: - Performing regular system checks and preventive maintenance. - Troubleshooting and resolving CCTV, DVR/NVR, and VMS (Video Management System) issues. - Replacing faulty cameras, cables, connectors, and power supplies. - Network & Technical Support: - Configuring IP cameras, routers, and network switches. - Ensuring proper network connectivity for surveillance systems. - Managing storage devices, hard disks, and backup systems. - Monitoring & Reporting: - Monitoring live CCTV feed and alerts. - Reporting equipment faults and incidents. - Generating and maintaining logs/maintenance reports. - Security & Compliance: - Following system security and data protection standards. - Installing updated firmware and software patches. - Customer Interaction: - Visiting client sites for installation and service calls. - Providing user training for operating surveillance systems.
